Ingredients
- Bran - 30 g
- Kefir - 180 ml
- Apples - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Honey - 4 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Raisins - 80 g
- Sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Flour (whole grain) – 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the bran with kefir and leave for 10 minutes.
Add egg, butter and honey to them, mix.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and grated apple. Stir again.
Add raisins, seeds and sesame seeds to the same place, mix again and spread the dough into molds.
Bake muffins for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
