We all perceive croissants as a high-calorie meal with a sweet filling inside. But did you know that even croissants can be useful. I suggest you cook pp croissants according to my recipe. Eat them without harming your waistline.
Ingredients
- Rice flour - 60 g
- Corn flour - 30 g
- Flour - 40 g
- Cottage cheese - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Kefir - 50 g
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 h.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the egg and cottage cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add kefir, honey and vanilla sugar and mix again.
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: three types of flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder for the dough.
Mix the liquid and dry ingredients and knead the dough. Roll out the elastic dough on the table and cut into serving triangles.
You can put fresh fruit or jam on the end of the triangle. You can leave croissants without filling. Roll up the croissants, put them on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
When serving, you can pritruzit with powdered sugar.
