According to this principle, you can use absolutely any berry that you like. I prefer to mix several types at once. For example, raspberries and blueberries or strawberries with currants. Cherry, lingonberry and even sea buckthorn – choose!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds and stalks from the berries, if any.

Cover them with sugar and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring. If the mass is too liquid, cook further until thickened.

Cut the dough into squares. Put the filling on half, and make incisions on the second.

Fold and pinch the edges of the puffs. Brush with protein.

Put the puffs in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
