Most often pizza is cooked on kefir or even just on water, but what about more interesting options? The dough on sour cream turns out to be thin, light and at the same time very tender. I advise you to add some dry Italian herbs when mixing.

- Sour cream - 125 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 25 g
- Flour - 200-220 g
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sausage - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 80 g
- Basil - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with salt into a foam and add sour cream.
Add a third of flour, melted butter, baking soda and herbs. Stir and add the rest of the flour.
Knead the dough and roll out into a thin layer.
Brush with tomato sauce and arrange the sliced sausage with tomatoes.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and chopped basil.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
