An unusual healthy snack will appeal to all fans of proper nutrition. Such cupcakes can be eaten almost without restrictions. But you won't need a lot of them, because oat flakes with raisins are very satisfying.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 250 g
- Flour - 130 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Honey - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 300 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda (slaked) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly chop the oat flakes and mix with flour and eggs.
Separately mix milk with honey, heat up a little and combine both masses.
Add oil, spices and raisins. It is better to soak the raisins in hot water in advance.
Add soda, mix the mass, put it in molds and bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
