I often cook pancakes with different additives. It tastes better this way, and if it's fruits, vegetables or greens, it's also healthier. This time I suggest kneading the dough on kefir, and as an additive use any greens that you have.
Ingredients
- Kefir (bold) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 180 g
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the greens or chop them in a blender.
Mix warm kefir and soda.
Add salt, egg, herbs and flour. Stir until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
