A very simple recipe for home baking lovers. We will cook the pie on kefir. This is one of the most convenient and fastest ways. Cut the fragrant apricots into small pieces, otherwise it will be difficult for the dough to rise.
Ingredients
- Kefir (warm) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 260 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Apricots (average) – 5 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla.
Add the melted butter, kefir and mix until smooth.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix well again. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
Disassemble the apricots into halves, peel the seeds and cut into small slices.
Gently mix the apricots into the dough.
Cover the form with baking paper, lay out the dough and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cool the finished cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
