- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Flour - 300 g
- Cheese - 70 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ham - 50 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix with grated cheese.
Add spices and sifted flour, mix everything.
Add the egg and melted butter, and mix again.
Finely chop the ham and onion. Fry the onion until golden. Send everything to the dough and mix again.
Put the dough in the molds and bake the muffins for about 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
