- Milk - 120 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the cooled butter on a grater.
Beat the egg lightly with sugar.
Mix both blanks, add the sifted flour, soda and cinnamon.
Pour in the milk and knead the dough.
Roll out the cake about 3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts with a special mold.
Fry the blanks in hot oil until golden brown, and then put them on a paper towel.
