Tender, fragrant and simple juicers with cottage cheese on kefir will delight not only children, but also adults. Despite the fact that the recipe is slightly different from the classic, the finished baking is not worse. Juicers are just as fluffy, tender and sweet.
Ingredients
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 15 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 30 g
- Vanilla sugar - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs with sugar and whisk until foam appears. Add soft butter, kefir, a pinch of salt to the eggs and whisk until smooth.
Add the baking powder and part of the flour to the liquid. Mix well and add the second part of the flour. Knead the dough so that it is elastic and set aside while you prepare the filling.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla sugar.
Roll out the dough, cut out the shapes for the juicers with a ring. Put a tablespoon of filling in the middle and cover the edges a little so that the sides turn out.
Put the juicers on parchment paper, sprinkle sugar on top and send them to bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180C.
When serving, I advise sprinkling with powdered sugar.
