- Sea cocktail - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Tomato juice - 150 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Salt - to taste
- Fish broth - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel onion, garlic and chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown.
Add the sea cocktail and fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring gently.
Pour in the tomato and lemon juice, simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
Boil the broth in a saucepan, add the roast, black pepper and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
Add salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove from heat.
