- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Salami - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost puff pastry at room temperature.
Pass the salami through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender.
Roll out the dough to the desired thickness and cut into identical triangles.
Put a little salami on the wide edge of each blank and roll up loose rolls.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Shake the egg with a fork and lubricate the croissants with a silicone brush.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 210 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
