Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Egg whites - 6 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 1 glass
- Baking powder dough - 1 art.l.
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with powdered sugar until fluffy foam.
Add milk and flour mixed with baking powder.
Separately whisk the whites with salt until sharp peaks.
Add the whipped whites to the bowl with the dough and mix gently.
Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it well and spoon out small pancakes. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
