Even if you haven't cooked pies before, feel free to get down to business. With this recipe, you can absolutely not be afraid of anything! Everything is simple, clear and relatively fast. Adjust the amount of sugar depending on how sweet the apricots are.
Ingredients
- Flour - 220 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 80 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla essence - 2 drops
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Apricots (medium) – 5 pieces
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Corn Starch - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the apricots in half, peel the seeds and cut into slices.
Add sugar, starch and mix.
Mix the sifted flour, salt and sliced butter.
Rub the mass with your hands until fine crumbs.
Add vanilla essence, eggs, honey and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Divide the dough into two identical pieces. From one roll out the cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the walls. Wrap the remaining dough in clingfilm and place it in the freezer.
Sprinkle the mold with flour and lay out the cake, spread the apricot filling evenly on top.
Grate the frozen dough on a grater and sprinkle the apricot filling evenly.
Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
