Chop half of the nuts in a blender, and chop half.

Beat eggs with sugar to a froth. Add kefir and soda, and whisk again.

Add chopped nuts and semolina in a blender, mix everything and leave for half an hour.

Pour the dough into the mold, sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
