You can't serve such donuts with tea, but as an appetizing snack they fly away quickly. I advise you to take hard or semi-hard cheese. It turns out delicious with Parmesan, Gruyere or Emmental. If desired, you can add aromatic spices or herbs.
Ingredients
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Cheese (solid) – 80 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 180 ml
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 350 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Mix the sifted flour, salt, baking powder, grated cheese and egg.
Pour in warm milk and knead the dough.
Pinch off walnut-sized pieces from the dough, give each a round shape.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and put on a paper towel.
