Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 4 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili pepper (pickled) – 60 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Mozzarella - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix butter, sour cream, mayonnaise and flour, and put the dough in a frying pan.
Brush with tomato sauce. Finely chop or grate the tomato, mix with spices and crushed garlic, and put on top.
Arrange the mozzarella slices and pickled pepper. Sprinkle everything with cheese on top.
Cook the pizza in a frying pan on low heat under the lid for about 12-15 minutes.
