Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 220 g
- Flour - 180 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 150 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Chocolate drops - 30 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces, fill with water and boil until tender. You can cook it steamed or in the oven. After that, grind it into a puree.
Mix the sifted flour, salt, baking powder and spices.
Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy with a mixer. Add the egg with vanilla sugar, and whisk again.
Mix the dough with pumpkin puree and gradually add the dry mass.
Last of all, add the chocolate drops and once again gently mix the dough with a spatula.
Spread the cookies with a spoon on the parchment at a distance from each other.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
