Love pizza, but don't want to mess with the dough? Cook it on pita bread! This saves a lot of time and simplifies the process. The main thing is to adhere to a simple rule – do not overdo the pizza in the oven, otherwise the pita bread will become too brittle or burn.
Ingredients
- Lavash (thin) – 1 piece
- Bacon - 100 g
- Champignons (small) – 80 g
- Bell pepper - half
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Shallots - half
- Feta - 100 g
- Sauce (bechamel) – 5 art.l.
- Pesto sauce - 1 art.l.
- Water (boiling water) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.
Peel the shallots, cut them into thin feathers and scald with boiling water.
Cut out the right circle of suitable diameter from a thin pita bread.
Put the blank into a mold covered with baking paper.
Brush the pita bread with bechamel sauce with a silicone brush.
Arrange the bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and shallots.
Crumble the feta with your hands and spread it over the surface.
Draw thin strips with pesto sauce.
Bake the pizza for 5-7 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
