You've probably seen similar puff pastry puffs with chicken somewhere in fast food outlets around the city. And what if I say that you can easily cook them yourself? Are you in doubt? Then I tell you how to do it so that everything will work out exactly!
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the chicken until tender and chop it in a blender with spices. It can be passed through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil until golden and send it to the chicken.
Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles. Make beautiful incisions on the half.
Put the filling on whole squares of dough, not reaching the edges. And brush the edges with beaten egg.
Cover with squares with incisions and gently press on all sides.
Brush the puffs with the remaining egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees until browned.
