Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 70 g
- Semolina - 5 tbsp.l .
- Blueberries - 150 g
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with sugar and add vanilla.
Add cottage cheese and whisk everything until smooth. Then add semolina.
Whisk the whites into a foam and gently add to the dough.
Put the mass into the mold and spread the blueberries on top.
Bake the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
