Turkey fritters with zucchini and yogurt are a good option for a quick and delicious lunch (dinner). Thanks to the juiciness of vegetables, pancakes are very tender. The flour will make the pancakes a little more dense and will not let them fall apart during the frying process. Take the flour at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Turkey stuffing - 300 g
- Zucchini - 0,5 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Yogurt (classic) – 4 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 3 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the chilled minced chicken in a bowl.
Chop the zucchini and peeled onion in a combine, transfer to a bowl. Add a couple of chicken eggs as well.
Add the classic yogurt and flour.
Add salt and spices, mix everything well.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon out small portions of minced meat and fry on low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
You can serve pancakes immediately after frying, with herbs or sauce.
