Peaches are one of those fruits that are almost impossible to get in winter. Therefore, it is best to immediately stock up on them in the season. For example, to roll up such a delicious and fragrant compote for the winter, which is simply impossible to resist.


  • Peaches - 800 g
  • Water - 2 l
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the peaches into halves, remove the bones and put them in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the water, boil it again and repeat the previous step.

Drain the water again, boil it with sugar, add citric acid and pour over the peaches.

Roll up the compote for the winter.
