- Garlic - 100 g

- Apple cider vinegar - 120 ml

- Fenugreek - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Cut the hot pepper and peel it from the seeds.
Mince coriander, plums and hot pepper.
Add spices and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add salt, garlic passed through the press and cook for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Arrange the hot sauce in jars and roll up.
