Ingredients

  • Grapes (white) – 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 160 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil until dissolved.

Put the grapes torn from the twigs into the syrup.

Cook the jam for about 40-45 minutes on low heat, stirring.

If desired, kill it with a blender in the process.

Pour the jam into sterile jars for the winter.
