Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 2 kg
  • Onion (medium) – 3 pieces
  • Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
  • Lemon juice - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Salt - 40 g
  • Water - 1,8 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop cucumbers, herbs and peeled onions.

Mix and arrange in prepared jars.

Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and bring to a boil again.

Add lemon juice, turn off the heat and pour into jars.

Roll up, turn the jars upside down and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
