- Apples - 1 kg
- Brown Sugar - 0.75 glasses
- Water - 500 ml

- Onion - 2 pieces

- Garlic - 1 clove
- Curry - 5 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 0.5 glasses
- Salt - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, slice thinly, pour water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add mustard seeds, chopped onion and peeled chopped tomatoes.
Add salt, sugar, spices, crushed garlic, vinegar and washed raisins.
Bring everything together to a boil and cook the chutney for about 2 hours on low heat, stirring.
Arrange the chutney in dry sterilized jars.
