One of the most versatile vegetable snacks is caviar from zucchini and squash. It is not only delicious, but also very easy to prepare. Even if winter preparations are not your strong point, you will definitely easily cope with such a recipe.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice all the vegetables.

Fry onions and carrots in oil until soft.

Add zucchini, squash and tomatoes.

Simmer everything for about 40 minutes on low heat and then pass through a meat grinder.

Bring the caviar to a boil again, add garlic, sugar, salt and spices, and boil for 10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 5 minutes and roll the caviar into sterile jars.
