Milk and tomatoes combine much better than it seems at first glance. It turns out a very delicate and harmonious taste, moderately bright and without excessive acidity. This is a good basis for any further experiments.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Milk - 500 ml
- Water - 600 ml
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender. Add the chopped potatoes to the broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft. Mix with flour.
Add the chopped peeled tomato, and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, spices and mix.
Send the dressing to the soup and pour in the milk. Bring it to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes.
At the very end, add chopped greens.
