Ingredients
For soup:
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Black Pepper - 2 peas
- Salt (with slide) – 1 tsp.
- Chicken broth - 1,5 l
For dumplings:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Corn flour - 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (warm) – 120 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken broth, add black pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix flour, salt, ground black pepper and egg.
Pour in warm water and mix thoroughly until smooth. The density should be average.
With a dessert spoon, type the dough and lower it into a saucepan with boiling broth. Cook everything together for 7 minutes.
Add salt, finely chopped green onions and turn off after 3 minutes. Infuse the finished soup under the lid for 10 minutes.
