Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Chicken broth - 1 l
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop all the vegetables and pour hot broth or water.
Boil for half an hour and grind with a blender until smooth.
Add spices to taste and sour cream or cream, mix and whisk again.
Bring the cream borscht to a boil and remove from the heat.
