Chop the cabbage, cut the carrots into strips and mash everything with salt.
Cut the apples into slices.
Put cabbage and apples in layers in a leaven container. Sprinkle the layers with spices.
Leave the workpiece under pressure for 3 days at room temperature.
Every day, pierce the cabbage to the bottom with a wooden stick.
Put it in clean, dry jars and put it in a cold place for storage.
