- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind raspberries with half the sugar in any convenient way.
Add the remaining sugar and mix everything again.
Roll the jam into jars scalded with boiling water and store it in a warm, cold place when they cool down.
