Delicious winter compotes are obtained not only from peaches, but also from nectarines. They are prepared according to the same principle, and this time I will share with you my favorite recipe. The peculiarity is that the fruits come here in pieces.
Ingredients
- Nectarine - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the nectarines into small pieces, put them in sterile jars and cover with sugar.
Boil the water and pour over the nectarines.
Add citric acid and roll up the compote for the winter.
