I am constantly experimenting in the kitchen, and the result of one of these experiments was this wonderful cucumber salad with cinnamon. Therefore, today I will share in more detail all the subtleties of its preparation. Having tried it once, you will not be able to refuse it. And the guests will be delighted.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 400 g
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put tomatoes through a meat grinder. Chop both types of pepper and garlic, and cut the cucumbers into circles.
Add oil, sugar, salt and all spices to the tomato. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add the remaining vegetables and simmer the salad for another 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the salad into sterilized jars.
