Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the grapes from the brushes and rinse under running water.
Put in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add sugar, water, citric acid and mix well.
Cover with a lid and heat over low heat for 7-10 minutes. During this time, the berries will become quite soft.
Cool the grapes slightly and rub through a sieve.
Mix grape puree with agar-agar and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Spread out in sterilized jars and roll up.
