I really like to eat canned fruit from compote, but I don't like it when the hard skin remains. That's why I prefer to roll peaches in peeled form. Have you ever tried it? If not yet, then I'll tell you more.

Ingredients

  • Peaches - 800 g
  • Water - 1.5 l
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the peaches from the skin and seeds, and slice.

Cover them with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.

Pour hot water over the peaches, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour the compote into sterile jars, add citric acid and roll up.
