- Orange - 1 piece
- Cherry plum - 350 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the cherry plum and randomly sliced orange in a jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again. Boil until dissolved.
Pour the compote and roll it up for the winter.
