Ingredients
- Basil - 2 beam
- Pine nuts - 200 g
- Olive oil - 240 ml
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the basil, peel the garlic and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth, gradually adding oil to the consistency.
Arrange the pesto in sterile jars, pour a thin layer of oil and close for the winter.
It is best to store pesto in the freezer.
