Beans in tomato juice are a very versatile and useful preparation. Then you can add it to any dishes – soups, hot dishes, salads, or even eat it just like that. Store-bought canned food does not please with its composition, and it is not too profitable yet. And to make such beans yourself is easier than ever.

Ingredients

  • Beans - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 2 kg
  • Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp.l.
  • Vinegar - 3 art.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the beans overnight with water. Boil it for about 40 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes and grind through a sieve.

Add sugar, salt, oil and vinegar to the tomato juice.

Put the beans in it, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

Roll the beans into sterilized jars.
