Ingredients
- Orange - 4 pieces
- Lingonberries - 1 kg
- Water - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 4 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the lingonberries with half the sugar, pour in water and leave it overnight.
Drain this liquid into a saucepan, add the remaining sugar and bring the syrup to a boil. Boil it for half an hour on low heat.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges, add it to the syrup and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Send half of the lingonberries there and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Put the remaining berries in sterilized jars, pour the syrup and roll up the jam.
