Ingredients
- Beef - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 of the clove
- Fat any - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Meat broth - 1,5 l
- Greenery (for submission) – 4 twigs
- Flour - 350 g
- Water - 120 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, egg, salt and warm water.
Knead a tight dough, sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and put aside for 1 hour.
Chop the prepared beef, bell pepper, carrot and onion.
Melt the fat in a cauldron, add the beef and fry for 10 minutes.
Add the carrots and onions and continue cooking until the onions are golden brown.
Add the bell pepper, squeeze the garlic through the press and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the hot broth, cover with a lid and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Add salt, pepper, turn off and leave under the lid.
Roll out the dough into a cake up to 0.5 centimeters thick and cut into strips.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and roll round thin noodles in your palms.
Wrap the finished noodles spirally, put them on a plate greased with oil. Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
Holding one edge of the noodles, roll out the second on the surface of the table and pull. Noodles should be thin and long.
Boil the finished noodles in salted water for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and place on plates.
Pour in the soup with meat and vegetables. Sprinkle the lagman generously with chopped herbs.
