Ingredients
- Water - 2 l
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 1 piece
- Spinach - 50 g
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all the vegetables and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Pour the onion and carrot with water, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add cauliflower, and after another 5-7 minutes – zucchini, cilantro and spinach.
Cook the broth until all the vegetables are ready, and add all the spices a couple of minutes before the end.
