Delicious homemade jam can be made from any fruit. For example, from quince. And so that it is not too cloying, I recommend adding a little orange. Further in the recipe I will tell you how to do it better to achieve a perfect consistency.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the oranges and cut into small cubes with peel.
Peel and slice the quince in the same way.
Cover everything with sugar and leave it for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil and cook for half an hour over low heat.
If desired, cook longer until the desired consistency.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
