- Black Currant - 1 kg
- Gelatin - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Chop the currants with a blender. Grind through a sieve if desired.
Add sugar and bring the mass to a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
Pour in the gelatin, mix and roll the jelly into sterilized jars.
