Ingredients
- Peas - 500 g
- Water - 400 ml
- Sugar - 20 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 15 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the peas peeled from the pods, fill with water for a couple of hours and rinse again.
Boil it for 3 minutes in boiling water. Flip it into a colander.
Separately boil 400 ml of water with the remaining ingredients.
Put the peas in sterile jars, pour the marinade and sterilize for another 10 minutes.
Roll up the peas for the winter.
