Pumpkin jams always turn out very tasty and fragrant. I can't imagine autumn and winter without them for a long time. And pumpkin is perfectly combined with different fruits. For example, here is my favorite recipe with apples. And you can use any varieties.

Peel the pumpkin and apples, and chop finely.

Add grated ginger and water.

Simmer all 20 minutes until soft and grind with a blender or grind through a sieve.

Add sugar to the puree and bring to a boil again.

Boil the jam for another 15-20 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
