Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 3 kg
- Tomato sauce - 500 ml
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chanterelle for 20-25 minutes in boiling water, flip it into a colander and cut it arbitrarily.
Mix the tomato sauce, a liter of water, sugar, salt and pepper, bring to a boil and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat.
Arrange chanterelles in sterile jars, pour tomato sauce and roll up for the winter.
