The original Georgian satsebeli sauce is a real aromatic masterpiece, which is perfect for both meat and vegetable dishes. Today I will tell you how to easily and quickly prepare this sauce for the winter from fresh tomatoes and sweet peppers – spicy, with a slight sourness and sharpness.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Greenery - 25 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind all the ingredients together in a blender. Tomatoes can be cleaned first.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil the sauce until thick on low heat - about 40 minutes.
Roll up the satsebels in sterile jars.
