Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the peas, fill with water and boil until half cooked.
Add the chopped hunting sausages and potatoes, and continue to cook.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots, and fry.
Add the roast and spices to the soup, and cook until the potatoes and peas are ready.
Sprinkle the soup with chopped thyme.
